Support Technician (Mac Specialist) – Onsite
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Daily conference room sweeps required)
Location:
Onsite, Monday–Friday
Environment: 90% Mac / 10% Windows

Where You’ll Make an Impact- Be the Frontline Hero
- Serve as the primary help desk and desktop support contact for all hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Support a 90% Mac user base using Jamf, Okta, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, and related SaaS tools.
- Manage onboarding from start to finish — device prep, account creation, access configuration, and day‑one readiness.
- Coordinate offboarding, asset management, and access revocation.
- Maintain and refine inventory processes for laptops, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Develop, document, and update Help Desk runbooks and internal IT procedures.
- Champion end‑user experience by enforcing best practices and advocating for efficient, secure workflows.
- Support Zoom/Zoom Rooms, conference room readiness, and occasional AV events.
- 4+ years of professional Mac desktop support
- Strong troubleshooting in macOS, iOS, and Windows
- Google Workspace / G‑Suite
- Zoom + Zoom Rooms
- Okta
- Jamf
- Slack
- Inventory and asset management
- User lifecycle administration
- Ticket queue management & SLAs
- Writing or updating IT documentation/runbooks
- Experience supporting a sales organization
- AV event support experience
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Better Cloud, and modern SaaS user provisioning flows

Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $50.00 /hr.
Benefits are subject to change and may be dependent on job classification and length of employment.
