We are looking for a motivated and tech‑savvy Net Suite Administrator to join our team. This role is based in Irvine, CA with occasional travel to Calexico, CA and Mexicali, BC and will focus on the management and optimization of the Net Suite ERP ecosystem, ensuring it supports our business operations across both the US and Mexico teams. Working onsite is required for this role.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Net Suite ecosystem, from system administration and customizations to supporting business processes like Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Inventory Management. You will play a pivotal role in managing the integration of Net Suite with key systems like Avalara, RF‑Smart, Magento (Celigo), and other custom applications.

This role requires a balance of functional expertise and technical knowledge, making it perfect for someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and an engineering background is preferred to support effective problem‑solving and process optimization. This role requires allocating work to developers but is not a development role.

Fluency in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.

NOTE: this is an onsite position in Irvine, CA with travel to Mexicali.

• 7-10 years of experience with Net Suite, with a focus on functional system management, user support, and process optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Net Suite certifications mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Net Suite customizations, including saved searches, custom reports, workbooks, form customization, and basic understanding of Suite Script functionality.
• Experience with Net Suite integrations such as Avalara, RF‑Smart, Magento (Celigo), or other custom integrations.
• Understanding of business processes including Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing.
• Strong business analysis and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to apply both technical and business expertise to optimize workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Oversee and manage the Net Suite technology ecosystem, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.
• Administer Net Suite environments, configure system settings, manage user roles, and ensure the platform is running efficiently to support business functions.
• Manage Net Suite projects including rollouts of new features and modules.
• Scope, solution, and allocate work (to SI partner/Dev team) to address business problems.
• Work with the 3rd party support vendor(s) and other partners to manage their day to day work.
