Position Summary:

Xponential Fitness is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain the company’s core technology environment across identity management, endpoint systems, cloud platforms, and business applications. This role serves as a primary point of contact for IT support while executing access management, device administration, and system maintenance in accordance with SOX and public company IT control standards.

The Systems Administrator partners closely with Technology, Finance, HR, and Security stakeholders to ensure systems access, operational processes, and documentation are executed in a controlled, auditable, and scalable manner across a multi-brand organization.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Help Desk Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal IT support requests, documenting incidents, requests, and resolutions in ticketing and asset management systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across laptops, peripherals, and approved SaaS applications
  • Provide technical support to employees and approved franchise stakeholders in accordance with company security and access policies
Identity, Access & User Lifecycle Management (SOX-Aligned)
  • Administer user accounts and role-based access through Jump Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft platforms, and Zoho systems
  • Execute onboarding, offboarding, and role change access requests based on documented approvals and least-privilege principles
  • Ensure timely deactivation of access for terminated or transferred users in coordination with HR and Technology leadership
  • Maintain access documentation, logs, and evidence required for SOX audits and internal reviews
  • Procure, configure, deploy, and maintain company-owned devices using Automox for patching and endpoint management
  • Track hardware inventory, assignments, and lifecycle using Asset Tiger
  • Ensure devices comply with security, configuration, and update standards
Security Monitoring & Infrastructure Support
  • Assist with monitoring and responding to security alerts and logs from Crowd Strike, Abnormal Security, Cloudflare, Solar Winds, and Sonic Wall
  • Escalate security incidents and anomalies per documented incident response procedures
  • Support firewall, network, and cloud infrastructure operations under direction of senior Technology and Security leadership
  • Support cloud infrastructure and services hosted on AWS and integrated business applications
  • Troubleshoot access, performance, and configuration issues across core systems including Google Workspace, Microsoft, Zoho, , and 8x8
  • Execute approved system changes in alignment with documented change management procedures
Documentation, Training & Audit Readiness
  • Create, update, and maintain IT procedures, access documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge base resources
  • Provide employee training on IT policies, security awareness, and acceptable use standards
