Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with senior Department of Defense officials and military leaders Lead revenue growth initiatives for military recruitment and readiness efforts Serve as the primary subject matter expert on military recruitment and provide insights to enhance client engagements
Required Qualifications Senior experience with the Department of Defense or defense-related recruitment programs Proven success in federal or state government business development, particularly in marketing or recruitment Strong understanding of paid media and integrated marketing campaigns Established reputation and network within military and government communities Veteran or retired military leader strongly preferred
