Job Description:

• We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support and enhance the reliability of mission-critical digital ordering systems powering one of the world’s most recognized restaurant brands.
• This role supports cloud-native middleware systems that deliver menu and transaction data across Delivery integrations, Digital Menu Boards, and POS systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across digital ordering platforms (Kiosk, Delivery, POS, Digital Menu Boards)
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes
• Partner with L1/L2 support teams to resolve escalations
• Monitor and troubleshoot the middleware infrastructure running in AWS
• Support services such as Aurora MySQL RDS and observability tools (e.g., Lumigo)
• Improve system stability, uptime, and performance

• Collaborate with development teams to support middleware releases
• Follow structured change management processes
• Support testing and launch of new product changes, limited‑time offerings, and regional menu updates.

• Build and improve documentation and runbooks
• Identify recurring issues and automate where possible
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of system reliability

• 6+ months of hands‑on SQL experience:
• Joining tables
• Creating/running stored procedures
• Experience troubleshooting applications in production environments
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple incidents and tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Python scripting
• Bash or Power Shell scripting
• Experience in middleware, integration platforms, or high‑volume digital systems
