As a leading Professional & Managed Services Provider providing IT solutions to our affiliate brands, we are seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Architect to provide proactive sales engagement focusing on supporting the delivery of technical and services engagements within the Hyundai family of companies.

• Act as the technical lead during the pre‑sales process, engaging with clients to understand business challenges, translate customer business requirements into high‑level technical designs, and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Leverage own knowledge and collaborate with other internal stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and cost‑effective architectures across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and proof‑of‑concept initiatives as part of a sales organization, supporting solutions development, customer engagement, and pre‑sales efforts.
• Partner with sales and delivery teams to develop proposals, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into high‑level solution designs, including architecture diagrams, integration strategies, and implementation roadmaps that deliver against the customer’s business needs, targets, and KPIs.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert (SME) in enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern application frameworks.
• Support campaigning into accounts in an effort to win future projects by sharing customer insights from previous successful project engagements to support future engagements with new customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of IT development and implementation/consulting experience in the software or internet industries, consulting on multiple technologies. This includes broad knowledge across vendors and product categories in various technology ecosystems to assess compatibility and recommend optimal solutions in line with desired business objectives.
• 8+ years of proven experience designing and presenting enterprise IT solutions, including infrastructure/cloud, security/networking, application services, and AI across core technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data analytics.
• 3 years in a pre‑sales or client‑facing technical role designing, implementing, or consulting on application and infrastructure solutions.
