Job Title:
Production Support Analyst II
Location:Irvine, CA - Hybrid- 2 days in office/3 days remote
Duration:12 months
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot issues on various digital ordering channels such as Kiosk, Delivery, Digital Menu Boards and Point-of-Sale
- Monitor and troubleshoot Middleware Infrastructure (AWS) - (Monitor and troubleshoot issues in production using AWS, Lumigo, and Aurora MySQL RDS)
- Work with Data Management and QA/QE teams to support testing and launch of new menu items (Product changes, Limited Time Offerings, Market/Regional Item Tests)
- Work with Data Management and L1/L2 IT Support Teams to resolve escalated tickets affecting Production
- Work with Menu Middleware (MMW) Developers to support MMW releases
- Follow Change Management procedures
- At least 6 months SQL experience with an emphasis on building queries, joining tables and running/creating stored procedures & templates (Required)
- AWS, Python, REST APIs, Bash scripting & Power Shell scripting - (Nice to Have)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Proactive mindset with ability to build process & documentation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Diagnose problems and follow through to resolution
