Position Overview

The Technical Delivery Manager will provide direction for product engineering, development, design, and systems integration for SEW products, as well as client engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle. The Technical Product Delivery Manager will also use product knowledge to implement the SEW product portfolio. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with a strong technical understanding of web and mobile applications, strong experience working with teams on internal / externally facing products and projects, and the ability to engage stakeholders, designers, and technical team members to get things done.

Job Description

· Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute strategic technical program plans that align with organizational objectives and foster seamless collaboration.

· Strong experience writing detailed technical requirements and functional specifications (BRD & FRD).

· Proven ability to document REST/API‑based integrations.

· Ensure transparency and alignment by delivering clear, consistent progress updates to senior leadership, executives, project teams, and stakeholders, effectively communicating program goals, milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.

· Oversee end‑to‑end product delivery and support, including prioritization, mobilization of cross‑functional teams, milestone tracking, resource planning, risk mitigation, and issue resolution, to drive successful business and customer outcomes.

· Apply deep technical expertise to guide technical decisions, identify and mitigate risks, and serve as a trusted thought partner to Product and Engineering counterparts.

· Driving technical dependencies

· Initiate projects, coordinating with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams to develop and execute project and roll‑out plans.

· Centralize and ensure the maintenance of all program‑related documentation for easy accessibility.

· Coordinate cross‑functional activities to ensure products are delivered on schedule and meet quality expectations.

· Proactively identify potential impediments early, work actively to resolve them, and elevate issues when necessary.

· Monitor and report on KPIs in collaboration with Product and Engineering Managers, ensuring transparency and alignment on performance metrics.

· Prepare and present status reports for senior leadership and provide clear visibility and regular communication on delivery targets, commitments, and progress to all stakeholders.

Requirements

· 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery in the CX or Payment domain.

· Technical Skills

· Understanding of API gateways, APIs, and integration dependencies

· Integration knowledge with ERP/CIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle CC&B).

· Knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR, and regulations.

· APIs for partner and third‑party integrations.

· Awareness of fraud detection mechanisms and encryption standards.

· Understanding of system architecture, scalability, and disaster recovery planning.

· Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Knowledge of tools like JIRA & MPP

· Expertise in managing complex payment projects using frameworks like PMP

· Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and alignment.

· Rapid response to incidents and proactive risk identification.

· Clear articulation of technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

· Strong documentation skills for reports, user stories, and Issue submissions.
