Seismic Platform & Content Automation Lead

We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage and enhance our content automation and platform operations ecosystem.

• Hands-on experience with Seismic platform operations, including access, roles, permissions, and profiles.
• Ability to maintain dashboards, reporting architecture, and track adoption metrics.
• Document configurations, dependencies, and content workflows effectively.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools like Live Docs, Live Forms, Doc Gen, APIs, or webhooks.
• Enhance metadata, content models, tagging, and lifecycle governance.
• Monitor platform health, manage releases, and conduct regression testing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, and IT to optimize workflows.
• Support the continuous improvement of content automation strategy.

• Strong hands-on experience with Seismic, including admin, configuration, content profiles, and reporting.
• Preferred experience with Live Docs, Live Forms, and Doc Gen Express.
• Proven ability to balance operational excellence with process improvement.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automation, integrations, or scalable governance models is advantageous.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
