Take charge of TRA’s AI transformation by owning the vision, roadmap, and execution of high-impact AI initiatives spanning tax filing, marketing, AI agents, training, website chat, and recruitment. As the critical link between leadership, engineers, compliance, and business units, you’ll drive the delivery of innovative, secure AI solutions that fuel TRA’s growth and uphold our rigorous compliance standards.

• Translate business needs into clear product roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Prioritize features and allocate resources across competing projects (tax, training, marketing).
• Define KPIs (e.g., filing accuracy, lead conversion lift, training completion rates).
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Partner with engineers, SMEs, compliance, and QA to ensure outputs meet standards.
• Communicate progress and risks to exec leadership.

• 3+ years product management (AI/ML, SaaS, or fintech preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring).
• Familiarity with tax/financial compliance (IRS Pub 5708, WISP, SOC2).
• Excellent cross-team communication & prioritization skills.

Compensation:
Up to $135,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
