We’re seeking a Azure Data Engineer / SQL Developer to help architect, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade data solutions. You’ll work with modern Azure technologies, design high-performing data pipelines, and play a key role in advancing a growing organization’s data strategy.
What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and optimize enterprise SQL Server databases
. - Build production-ready Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines to support critical data flows.
- Apply advanced T‑SQL skills
, including performance tuning and query optimization. - Architect and implement ETL/ELT processes using modern design patterns.
- Work hands‑on with Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and other Azure data services
. - Troubleshoot complex data challenges and improve system reliability.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate data with analytics and reporting solutions— including Power BI
. - Contribute to cloud architecture decisions and best practices.
- 10+ years of SQL Server database development experience.
- 5+ years working directly with Azure Data Factory
. - Strong expertise in T‑SQL
, query performance, and optimization. - Proven experience delivering production‑grade ADF pipelines
. - Deep understanding of ETL/ELT architecture and design patterns
. - Hands‑on experience with key Azure cloud services
. - Experience working with Azure Synapse Analytics
. - Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
- Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Nice to have: Knowledge of Databricks or Apache Spark
. - Preferred certifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP‑203) or similar.
- Work with a modern, evolving Azure data ecosystem.

This is a Permanent position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $135000.00 – $140000.00/yr.
