Role OverviewThe Growth Marketing Director owns performance-driven marketing efforts across paid media, analytics, web optimization, and lifecycle channels. This role is responsible for scaling customer acquisition efficiently across multiple markets, supporting new location openings, and driving measurable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable owning budgets and performance targets, and experienced working with agency partners and cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in shaping growth strategy and translating data into actionable insights for leadership.
Core Responsibilities- Own end-to-end performance of paid media channels, including paid search, paid social, display, and video
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external agency partners, ensuring strategy, execution, pacing, and optimization align with business goals
- Manage and optimize monthly paid media budgets based on performance and priorities
- Plan and execute seasonal, regional, and location-specific campaigns tied to promotions and new openings
- Attribution & Analytics
- Monitor multi-touch customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain a performance scorecard aligned to key KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rate, revenue contribution)
- Analyze performance at the channel, market, and campaign level to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and reporting to senior leadership
- Establish benchmarks and performance standards for both existing and new markets
- Web Performance Optimization
- Own marketing-related website performance, including traffic quality, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to improve landing pages, conversion paths, and on-site experience
- Use experimentation, A/B testing, and CRO insights to drive continuous improvement in booking and conversion performance
- Email & Lifecycle Performance
- Oversee email and lifecycle performance across acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Analyze results and recommend optimization strategies based on data and performance trends
- Standards, Testing & Continuous Improvement
- Define and enforce best practices and performance standards across channels and markets
- Lead a test-and-learn roadmap, ensuring insights are documented and scaled
- Evaluate tools, platforms, and processes to improve efficiency and impact
- 5 – 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Experience in multi-location, healthcare, wellness, or DTC environments preferred
- Proven ability to own growth targets and deliver measurable results
- Experience managing paid media agencies and on-platform ad execution (e.g., Google, Meta)
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and performance scorecards
- Experience launching or scaling growth across multiple markets
- Deep understanding of paid media, web analytics, and conversion optimization
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
The anticipated base salary range for this position is: $115-$135K annually.
This range represents the good-faith estimate of the pay the employer reasonably expects to offer upon hire, based on the role’s responsibilities, required experience, location, and internal equity.
Incentives & BenefitsThis position may be eligible for employee discounts, commission, and discretionary performance-based bonuses and participation in applicable incentive programs. The role also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, parental leave, and other employee benefits, subject to eligibility requirements.
