Teradek, a Videndum plc brand, manufactures wireless video devices for remote video capture, live ENG backhaul, real-time monitoring, proxy recording and webcasting. For complex IP video systems, Teradek's cloud-based management platform allows users to remotely operate a fleet of Teradek encoders in real-time from anywhere in the world. All Teradek products are designed and manufactured in the USA.

• Shipping and receiving repair and replacement orders
• Update RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) databases with all RMA information and other relevant notes needed for repairs
• Capture the conditions and inventory of customer equipment by taking pictures
• Coordinate with Repair Technicians
• Generate RMA Forms & Certificates
• Transfer and retrieve conduct cycle counts by assisting with inventory
• Create and schedule transportation and support pickup for outgoing shipments via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, and Freight Forwarder (Domestic & International)
• Ensure appropriate audit trails are followed for all incoming and outgoing RMA’s
• Attend and contribute to department and team meetings
• Other duties as assigned

• High school degree, or equivalent
• Experience using Gmail, other GSuite Applications

• Organizational and time management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English) to effectively communicate with customers and repair technicians
• Experience in shipping and receiving
• Detail oriented
• Initiative
• Adaptability

• This position is based in the Irvine, CA office
• Reporting to RMA Manager
• This position full time, 8 hour days, Monday - Friday; some overtime may be required
