Overview
Architect and design scalable, secure, and highly available database solutions on AWS.
Design and architect AWS cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities- Evaluate existing database environments and recommend modernization.
- Good hands-on knowledge on AWS services including S3, RDS, EC2, VPC, IAM, Cloud Watch, and Cloud Trail.
- Implement best practices for database performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with application teams, Dev Ops, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide guidance on cloud best practices, automation, and Dev Ops integration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior database engineers and architects.
- Review documentation for database architecture, migration plans, and operational procedures.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
