SEW currently looking for a Cloud Engineer to work with the cloud computing, system administration, and database administration services for the enterprise and public facing fastest cloud.

• Management of all Public, Private and Hybrid / clouds / data centers / security and deployment activities.
• Service management of the Data Center infrastructure (2000+ VMs and 1 Petabyte of storage), and system and database administration for 200+ client deployments.
• Leadership of the cloud computing & storage team, system administration team, and database administration team, including multiple onsite and remote employees.
• Ownership of the Master System Security Plan (MSSP) for compute, storage, and database-related controls for the enterprise.
• Business management responsibility for annual operating budget of $10+ million, including capital, vendor, contract, portfolio performance, and risk management.
• Management of Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) Server Hosting and Enterprise Lab environments providing compute and storage resources.
• Annual and quarterly compliance with SOX, DCAA, and IT security requirements, like National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171.
• Ability to conduct business and technical briefings for senior management, customers, and strategic partners.

• Bachelor’s/master and 5 years or more of related experience
• Cloud computing and virtualization technologies such as cloud service provider architecture, design, and configuration
• Cloud deployment models including public, community, private, and hybrid
• Cloud service delivery models including infrastructure-, platform-, and software-as-a-service
• Previous leadership of system administration and database administration teams
• Automation; hypervisors; containers; virtual compute, storage, and networks; virtual infrastructure management; self-provisioning; and scaling
• SOX and IT Compliance Controls, including National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-171
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, Veeam, Nimble, Cisco, Dell, and Oracle
• Code JSON to make VPC's, DHCP Option Sets, Control Environments, Backup Regions.
• Implement Terraform to leverage Infrastructure as a code on various public clouds.
• Serve as lead on network projects and participate in network infrastructure design.
• Experience with AWS/GCP Plan, Design, Configuration and implementation of new Cloud Environments for optimal Cap Ex and Op Ex.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management tools
