We are looking for a technical support professional to join our team!
Responsibilities- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Coordinate machine transportation, installations, and repairs for various clients.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Identify & learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
- Oversee technical support and call center initiatives for client products across various industries.
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem‑solving process, including decisions and actions taken, through to final resolution.
- Overall high‑level knowledge of web‑based technologies.
- Technical troubleshooting ability.
- Familiarity with measurement tools (DVM, oscilloscope, power meter, etc.).
- Desktop and network support experience (Preferred).
- AA degree or higher (Required).
