AI Engagement Manager, AuxoAI

AuxoAI is looking for an AI Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross‑functional data and AI programs for our enterprise clients.

You will own client engagements from initiation to delivery – driving execution across data engineering, analytics, and AI teams, ensuring outcomes are delivered predictably, at scale, and in production.

Salary Range: $140k – $180k

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex, cross‑functional AI and data engagements

• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements using structured delivery frameworks (Agile, Hybrid Agile‑Waterfall), with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk management
• Own engagement planning, execution governance, status reporting, and issue resolution across data, engineering, analytics, and AI teams
• Develop and maintain detailed engagement plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards to ensure transparency and predictability for internal and client stakeholders
• Proactively identify delivery risks, scope changes, and execution bottlenecks, driving mitigation strategies and timely decision‑making
• Coordinate cross‑functional internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and on‑time delivery
• Lead delivery of AI‑enabled solutions
  , including analytics platforms, intelligent automation, and AI‑driven workflows
• Partner closely with technical teams to operationalize AI models into scalable, production‑ready solutions
• Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear execution plans, milestones, and measurable business outcomes for clients
• Act as the primary engagement owner, managing client expectations, communication cadence, and delivery confidence
• Mentor and guide project team members, driving delivery discipline, quality, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to engagement standards, delivery templates, and best practices across AuxoAI’s AI and data offerings

• Proven experience owning and delivering AI, data, or advanced analytics engagements end to end
• Strong background in managing complex, multi‑stream delivery involving data engineering, analytics, and AI teams
• Hands‑on experience with Agile / Hybrid delivery models
  , sprint planning, and engagement governance
• Solid understanding of AI solution life cycles, data platforms, and analytics systems (sufficient to challenge teams and make informed trade‑offs)
• Experience owning delivery metrics, RAID logs, and executive‑level status reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills across clients, engineering teams, and leadership
• Ability to translate technical and AI complexity into structured execution plans and business outcomes

• Experience delivering AI‑enabled platforms, automation, or ML‑driven solutions
• Exposure to modern data platforms and cloud‑based data stacks
• Experience working in consulting or enterprise delivery environments
• Comfort working with distributed or offshore delivery teams
• Strong communication and executive‑facing presentation skills
