As a Systems Engineering Leader, you will lead and encourage a high-performing team of sales engineers delivering innovative technical solutions aligned with the customer goals and our strategic vision. You will be at the forefront of the innovation and AI era, empowering your team to innovate, get results, and exceed targets. Your leadership will foster a culture of growth, continuous learning, and customer-centricity, making a direct impact on Cisco's success in the Public Sector.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of systems engineers, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute technical account strategies aligned with customer business objectives and Cisco's technology portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track team performance metrics.
- Drive technical solution delivery to ensure alignment with customer requirements and evolving market demands.
- Facilitate collaboration between customers, partners, and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales or systems engineering roles.
- Solid track record to lead and develop high-performing technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise in networking, security, cloud, or related Cisco technologies.
- Located in Western Canada.
- At least 5 years in formal leadership positions.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent industry certifications.
- In-depth understanding of Public Sector or Enterprise markets and technology trends.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and driving technical sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse partners.
