EKN Engineering is a fast-growing B2B engineering and technology consulting company that provides innovative engineering solutions. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager for our Technology and Development team. This group is responsible for building and maintaining our new B2B SaaS workflow platform as well as supporting custom B2B software solutions. The Product Manager II’s responsibility will include analyzing user behavior across our product portfolio, evaluating client feedback on our products, and finding solutions for new product features that maintain our competitive edge.

• Work cross-functionally with the Software Development, Data Analytics, Project Management, Implementation, and Business Operations teams
• Work with stakeholders, including internal project teams and external users, to identify customer pain points and develop feature requirements
• Own and develop your own product within the EKN platform while supporting other Product Team members
• Work within the Product Management team to design functionality that meets customer objectives.
• Act as a customer advocate internally and investigate use cases for growth and expansion
• Deliver product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle
• Organize and lead training, and UAT sessions for internal and external users
• Identify system capability gaps, troubleshoot issues, and work with the Product and Development teams on bug fixes and system capability improvement requests
• Participate in and maintain efficient customer communication and feedback channels
• Create and maintain technical product documentation for internal and external users
• Analyze data available from client data sources (data sets and APIs) and apply against product use cases

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an Implementation Specialist or Product Manager
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience in experimentation (A/B testing), prototyping, and hypothesis testing
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to develop and deliver a functional product through staged releases
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)

• Experience with pre-sales customer requirement discovery/assessment and post-sales implementation coordination
• Experience with both greenfield and brownfield product development
• Experience with data migration and transformation
• Experience with enterprise CRM/ERP systems
• Experience with SQL and proficiency with Excel
• Experience with ETL and APIs

• You have strong analytical and research capabilities to evaluate opportunities and challenges
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas and suggestions
