Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our fast-paced development team. As a key member, this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce Environment, supporting rapid product solutions and accelerated concept-to-implementation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, a keen interest in staying up to date with industry best practices, and the ability to thrive in a faster-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce instances to support business processes in the Reverse Mortgage/Mortgage Industry.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
  • Document all configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in Salesforce administration and development.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required;
    Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Component development.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Experience with Github, Postman, Custom API Integrations or other Salesforce products is a plus.
