Design the future of dental software. We're seeking a Product Designer to help drive intuitive, elegant user experiences across our suite of SaaS products, including Denticon, Cloud9, and Apteryx.
Desired experience: mid-level designer who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and builds beautifully crafted workflows with Figma at the center of their toolkit.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive workflows from problem definition through polished UI.
- Build and refine prototypes in Figma, using design system components to deliver consistent, high‑quality work.
- Help define and improve the design process and cross‑team collaboration.
- Conduct or participate in usability testing, research, and synthesis to understand real user pain points.
- Present and explain work to stakeholders to build confidence and alignment.
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system, component libraries, and visual language.
- 2-4 years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or complex software environments.
- A portfolio that shows process, systems thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong grasp of UX patterns, accessibility best practices, and responsive UI design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with B2B or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with component-based front-end development (React, Storybook, etc.).
- Background in user research or behavioral psychology.
- Experience with AI-enhanced design workflows or prototyping tools.
