Workday Security Lead Consultant

Infosys is seeking an experienced Workday Security Lead Consultant to join our Workday team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing Workday security frameworks to ensure compliance, data integrity, and secure access across the organization.

• Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and policies.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams to define security requirements and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within Workday.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of security configurations.
• Provide guidance and training on Workday security features and protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or willing to relocate; may require travel in the US.
• Experience in ERP software development life cycle.
• Experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects.
• Hands‑on experience with security configuration, domain policies, and user access management.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Authorized to work for an employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Workday Security Certified;
  Workday HCM functional and technical knowledge.
• Experience with Workday integrations, reports, and security impact analysis.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy regulations.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting and audit tools.
