Join EY as a Service Now Consulting Manager in the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) field. You will lead transformation teams, build client relationships, and deliver solutions that empower business decision‑making.
OverviewIn this client‑visible role, you will lead Service Now Transformation teams, motivate and develop your team, and establish new client relationships.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
- Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now SPM – project including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment.
- Ability to manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources.
- Ability to build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
- Excellent business acumen, fact‑based decision making and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on Service Now SPM process implementations and technology transformations.
- Analyze people, process and technology capabilities; provide leading practice recommendations.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
- Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including status reporting, budgets and risk logs.
- Support pre‑sales efforts: proposals and estimates.
- Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant Service Now SPM project experience.
- Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
- 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
- Leadership experience.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM or Data Foundations.
- Performance analytics and reporting experience.
- Experience with Service Now AI solutions.

What We Offer- Competitive compensation and benefits; base salary ranges $142,600–$261,500 (US)
