IT Project Manager- Client Side

The Client-Side IT Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between the client’s business and technical teams
, overseeing project delivery, vendor coordination, and governance to ensure alignment with enterprise goals. The role focuses on managing end-to-end IT initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring quality, budget, and compliance across multi-vendor and cross-functional environments.

• Serve as the primary client representative managing overall delivery, stakeholder engagement, and governance across internal and vendor teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work in client advisory roles ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers
  , tracking milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet client standards and SLAs.
• Facilitate status meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting

• Drive budget management

  Oversee technical delivery of IT systems (applications, infrastructure, or cloud solutions) ensuring compliance with security and enterprise architecture standards.
• Identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies proactively to maintain delivery timelines.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live transition to operations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership on delivery strategy, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
