Oracle Fusion ERP Principal Business Analyst

Direct Hire | Hybrid (3 days onsite in Irvine, CA) | $140-160K (DOE)

Position Summary

As a senior member of the ERP Business Analyst team, you will define, gather, and implement business requirements while supporting users across the enterprise. You’ll work across multiple Oracle Fusion functional areas (Order to Cash, Finance, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing), with opportunities to influence integrations with other ERP and third-party systems. This is both a hands-on and strategic role, requiring strong functional expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives and end users alike

Daily Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ERP Business Analysts and functional consultants in analyzing, designing, documenting, testing, and deploying business requirements
• Serve as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and integrate Oracle Fusion modules across core business functions
• Provide leadership in workflow analysis, problem-solving, and process improvements
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of design documentation, functional specifications, and system scope definitions
• Guide the team through UAT test scenarios and provide ongoing ERP system support

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, functional design, and testing
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP expertise is required
• Strong background in ERP rollouts, business process re-engineering, user training, and post-implementation support
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, order to cash, purchase to pay, manufacturing, and financial processes
• Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One experience is highly desirable
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
• Background in the CPG or food manufacturing industry
• Proven leadership experience guiding analyst teams
