We are seeking an enthusiastic Sr. Data Scientist to focus on marketing optimization and machine learning productionisation
. This role thrives at the intersection of data science, cloud engineering and business strategy. You will work with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Data and Product to build predictive models, scale model implementation in AWS, and translate model performance into insights for executive leadership.
- Perform extensive exploratory analyses across all the marketing channels
- Develop, test, productionalize, monitor and maintain propensity models to optimize marketing investment and customer acquisition in AWS leveraging S3, Lambda and Sage Maker
- Productionize machine learning models with real-time and distributed batch scoring
- Proficiency with MLOps practices and tools for model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines
- Build dashboards in Tableau to communicate model trends, insights and performance
- Identify new areas of opportunity and ideate with stakeholders on new projects
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging ML technologies
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of experience applying ML within lead generation and digital marketing
- Advanced AWS experience; solutions architect certification or equivalent expertise preferred
- Advanced proficiency with XGBoost, Neural Networks, and other ML techniques
- Advanced Python, SQL and Tableau
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
- Proven ability to advise and teach across a data organization
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience;

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience.
Work Location:
Hybrid/Remote - Irvine, CA.
