Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an MTR Solution Pre-Sales professional, preferred to be located in Irvine, CA, or Texas, or MIddle West. The MTR Solution Pre-Sales professional will be responsible for supporting sales teams by providing pre-sales technical consulting services, conducting product demonstrations, developing technical solutions, and managing customer relationships and so on. They will also collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Microsoft Teams Rooms background and experience
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to develop technical solutions
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills
- Customer Service experience and ability to manage customer relationships
- Proven Sales skills and experience in developing sales strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with audio-visual technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
