Join EY as a Service Now Consulting Manager – HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and lead Service Now transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of our business. About the Role

You will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system‑architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
  • Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
  • Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.
  • Manage and deliver complex technical initiatives, solving challenges with innovative problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Represent the team during client interactions, facilitating workshops and nurturing relationships.
  • Ensure timely review of the scope, work required, required resources and budgetary and other project constraints.
  • Track status with stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are on track and met.

Skills & Attributes for Success
  • Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now HRSD project, including design, configuration/development, testing and deployment phases.
  • Mentor and manage a multi‑disciplinary team of 5‑10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers and testers.
  • Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY value.
  • Make fact‑based decisions, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now HRSD process implementations.
  • Analyze people, process, and technology capabilities, recommend leading practice, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and business process subject matter resources.
  • Support waterfall and agile delivery models, with planning, status reporting, budgets, risk and issue logs.
  • Support pre‑sales efforts, creating proposals and estimates.
  • Deliver high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or a related discipline).
  • 4‑6 years of relevant Service Now HRSD project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • At least one additional Service Now certification (e.g., Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HR Service Delivery).
  • 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Valid driver’s licence in the U.S.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
  • Service Now Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – ideal.
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
  • Employee Center and Workplace Service Delivery experience – certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower) – ideal.
