The AI Finance Manager will work closely with finance, IT, and data science teams to support the effective management and utilization of finance application data, harnessing the power of Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Azure data technologies to drive innovation and business value through the development and implementation of EY’s AI Finance solution offering.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to evaluate models, processes, and operations, gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead the delivery of complex technical initiatives, ensuring accountability for performance and results.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Support the effective management and utilization of finance application data, providing in‑depth analysis related to implementation, customization, and optimization.

• Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels, consistently delivering quality client services on time and on budget.
• Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep key stakeholders informed about outcomes.
• Manage expectations of client service delivery.
• Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds; provide constructive coaching.
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team‑oriented work environment and mentor junior consultants.
• Support Data Management Strategy Execution, including executing the overall strategy for finance applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑service line teams to ensure alignment and integration of finance application data with related initiatives.
• Define data requirements, architecture, and models for finance applications, leveraging Machine Learning and Gen AI technologies.
• Lead the design and implementation of a common information model for the FDL Blueprint.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including data dictionaries, entity‑relationship diagrams, and lineage maps.
• Lead the development and implementation of the FDL Blueprint solution offering, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with data scientists and finance SMRs across service lines to apply Machine Learning and Gen AI techniques to finance applications.
• Support the establishment and maintenance of a robust data governance framework for the FDL.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Gen AI, Data Management, and Azure technologies, driving efficiency and insights for finance applications.

• A bachelor’s degree and approximately five years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately four years of related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, with at least 1 year focused on finance application data, data modeling, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, and master data management.
• Experience with Machine Learning techniques, Gen AI technologies, and Azure data services (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, MS SQL, Python).
• Knowledge of finance applications including financial modeling (PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
