This role connects business needs with SAP Project Systems solutions in a senior technology analysis capacity.

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configuring and implementing SAP Project Systems solutions aligned with business needs.
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses.
• Traveling regularly and leading project streams while actively engaging with clients.

• Action-oriented, able to deliver processes, solutions, and projects with impact beyond project delivery.
• Ability to guide and develop junior team members and manage relationships.
• Analytical thinking and decision-making with a broad understanding of policies.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP systems, preferably across multiple industries.
• At least one full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Project System with hands-on configuration in areas such as project structure (definition, WBS elements, networks, templates), project planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, and MRP.
• Understanding of Project Systems integration with other SAP Modules (Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting subcomponents, Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources).
• Conceptual knowledge of topics such as Results Analysis methods, Event-Based Revenue recognition, or Resource Related billing.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Prior consulting experience or deep functional expertise.
• SAP Certification(s), including C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems.
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of your core module.
• Additional SAP Finance certifications and related industry experience in accounting.
• Proactive professional development orientation and adaptability to diverse environments.

• The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Final salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography, within these ranges.
• Hybrid model: most client-facing work is in person 40-60% of the time over a project or year.
