Oracle Cloud Applications Administrator

In-N-Out Burger is seeking a Cloud Applications Administrator I to join our Irvine, CA office. The Cloud Applications Administrator I manages and optimizes the use of cloud-based applications within the organization. This role coordinates with various departments to ensure the effective deployment, integration, and maintenance of cloud applications and provides support and training to end users. The role also manages relationships with application vendors, including contract negotiations, service level agreements, and issue resolution, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application functionality and user experience.

• Administration of various SaaS platforms in the Applications portfolio.
• Support user provisioning and deprovisioning, license management, and access control processes.
• Monitor application performance and user engagement to identify optimization opportunities.
• Provide technical support and training to support associates, ensuring effective utilization of the applications.
• Manage relationships with service providers and account reps; act as the primary point of contact for vendors.
• Perform licensing audits and usage reports to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with IT security, compliance, and business stakeholders to align application strategies with business objectives.
• Perform other work-related duties as required.

• ITIL 4 Foundations, CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Fundamentals.
• 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise business applications, configuration management, and SaaS lifecycle.
