Overview
DIME Industries is looking for an HR Generalist to help keep our people operations running smoothly and our employee experience dialed in. If you’re organized, dependable, great with people, and comfortable owning payroll support, compliance, onboarding, and benefits administration, we want to meet you.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can jump in, stay on top of the details, and bring a positive, professional energy to the team every day.
Pay- Starting at $27/hour (based on experience)
- Support and coordinate payroll to ensure accurate, on-time processing and clean documentation
- Manage benefits administration (enrollments, changes, employee questions, vendor coordination)
- Own and improve the onboarding experience (paperwork, new hire setup, orientation support, follow-ups)
- Maintain HR compliance (policies, employee files, required postings, audits, training support, and best practices)
- Manage employee records and HRIS data (accuracy, confidentiality, document control)
- Provide employee relations support (questions, guidance, basic issue resolution, escalation when needed)
- Support recruiting coordination as needed (job postings, scheduling, candidate communication, offer prep)
- Assist with performance management processes (documentation support, reminders, coaching coordination)
- Track timekeeping and RTO administration (requests, balances, approvals, reporting support)
- Support offboarding (exit paperwork, system access coordination, final pay support, exit feedback collection)
- Help maintain handbook and policy updates and roll out communications and acknowledgements
- Create and maintain basic HR reporting/metrics and recurring process trackers
- Partner with leadership to keep HR processes consistent, employee-friendly, and scalable
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience (HR Generalist experience preferred)
- Multi-state HR experience and compliance knowledge
- Experience supporting payroll, compliance, benefits, and onboarding
- Strong communication skills with a people-first, positive attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive with strong follow-through
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with professionalism
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- HRIS experience and strong documentation habits
- Knowledge of HR compliance best practices and employment law basics
