Overview
Role:
Immigration Specialist
Location:
Irvine, CA - 92606
Duration: 3 Months, no extension
What You’ll Do- Audit global immigration documentation and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Collect, reconcile, and organize data across multiple systems and sources
- Track down missing information by partnering with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain and label transition files and employee immigration folders
- Support process improvements and document updates with guidance from the Immigration Manager
- Manage strict timelines while handling sensitive, confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience in HR (global environment preferred)
- Strong experience working with HR systems (Workday, HRIS, ATS, MS Office)
- Exceptional attention to detail and data auditing skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
- Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and confidentiality
- Team-oriented, organized, and process-minded
