HR Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies, workforce plans, and organizational development programs aligned with the Company’s growth objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for professional and leadership roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support the company’s expansion.
• Serve as an internal HR resource with expertise in U.S. labor and employment laws, ensuring policies, processes, and practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Analyze headcount, turnover, and talent trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Head of HR and senior leadership.
• Partner with the Head of HR to review and enhance salary structures, market benchmarking, and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and a high-performance workplace culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred).
• 15 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• 5+ years of work experience in large companies in Korea is preferred.
• Proven expertise in U.S. employment laws (federal and state) and HR compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and talent acquisition leadership.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and workforce analytics tools.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
