Payroll Supervisor

Korn Ferry is partnering with our client based in Irvine in their search for an experienced Payroll Supervisor
.

Our client is a company that delivers interactive and recreational experiences for their customers.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state hourly workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The Payroll Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for employee and management payroll inquiries while collaborating with HR, finance, and IT teams to optimize processes.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ hourly employees across multiple states.
• Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records, including reviewing and resolving discrepancies.
• Calculate and process deductions, such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including wage and hour regulations.
• Utilize payroll software, ADP Workforce to process payroll efficiently and accurately
• Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
• Act as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies and procedures.

• Minimum of 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state, retail, restaurant environment.
• Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred but not required.

Fully onsite role based in their Irvine office (5 days/week).
