A leading AI and robotics company in Southern California has exclusively engaged Samson Rose to identify a Senior Business Recruiter, Revenue, Operations and Finance, to help scale the teams that power its growth.
This is a high-impact, hands-on recruiting role with full ownership over business-critical hiring. You will partner closely with Revenue, Finance, and Executive leadership to design and execute hiring strategies, build high-quality pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
The person we are looking for- 5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant focus on Revenue, Operations, and Finance roles
- Proven experience recruiting in high-growth startups, ideally Series A to C environments
- Strong track record hiring for revenue-generating teams, business operations, and finance roles across multiple levels
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders, including CROs, Heads of Finance, and executives
- Data-driven mindset with hands‑on experience using ATS platforms and recruiting metrics
- Excellent communication, judgment, and closing skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal structure
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Revenue, Business Operations, and Finance roles
- Partner with hiring managers and executive leaders to define role requirements, success criteria, and long-term hiring needs
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates
- Screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer and close
- Drive recruiting process rigor, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Track and report key recruiting metrics, including pipeline health, time-to-hire, and conversion rates
- Deliver a high-touch, candidate‑first experience aligned with company values
- Collaborate with People Operations on headcount planning, compensation alignment, and onboarding
- Experience hiring in Series A–C startups
- Familiarity with compensation structures for revenue and sales teams
- Experience supporting international or distributed teams
- Interest in or exposure to AI, robotics, or frontier technology
This role is primarily onsite in Irvine, CA, with flexibility to explore hybrid or remote arrangements for the right profile. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with meaningful upside.
