We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits administration, including Form 5500 filings, non-qualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans, and flexible spending accounts (FSA). This role is best suited for someone who has supported benefits functions in a larger corporate environment and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, and NQDC plans
  • Prepare and file Form 5500 accurately and in a timely manner
  • Support annual benefits open enrollment processes and respond to employee inquiries
  • Work closely with vendors, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth benefits operations
  • Conduct benefits audits and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records in HRIS systems
  • Assist with benefits reporting, data analysis, and process improvements
Must-Haves
  • Proven experience with benefits administration and Form 5500 filings
  • Strong working knowledge of NQDC plans and FSA account management
  • Prior experience supporting benefits functions in a large corporate setting
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of benefits administration experience
  • Solid understanding of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
