Human Resources Specialist

Overview

We are partnering with a growing organization in Irvine to hire a HR Specialist who will support day-to-day human resources operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role is ideal for someone with a solid HR foundation who enjoys working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced environment.

• Support onboarding, employee records, and personnel changes
• Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate screening
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters
• Support benefits administration and compensation processes
• Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Track attendance, leaves, and employee documentation
• Assist with HR process improvements and policy implementation
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support business needs

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Korean is a strong plus
