Summary

The Analyst – HR Administration (Employee Relations) position supports the Employee Relations team by assisting with day‑to‑day employee inquiries, coordinating ER processes, and ensuring a fair, consistent, and positive work environment. This role handles first‑ and second‑level ER issues, resolves workplace concerns, maintains accurate documentation, supports company culture, tracks ER activity, improves employee satisfaction and engagement, and assists with updating company policies to maintain HR compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Employee Support & Communication
    • Point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, workplace concerns, and ER processes.
    • Provide clear and timely communication to employees and managers regarding ER‑related matters.
    • Coordinate follow‑up actions, schedule meetings, and track responses.
  • Employee Relations Case Support
    • Intake and document employee concerns, complaints, or workplace issues.
    • Track ER cases, maintain case files, and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate before adding to the HR system.
    • Prepare summaries, reports, or data requests for ER team members.
    • Track performance improvement plans, non‑medical accommodation cases, and other corrective action documentation.
    • Assist managers with accessing templates, forms, and ER resources.
  • Investigation Assistance
    • Coordinate scheduling of employee interviews or meetings related to ER investigations.
    • Compile documentation, evidence, or statements as directed by ER leadership while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Policy and Compliance Support
    • Administer and communicate company policies, guidelines, and corrective action processes.
    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies, federal and state employment laws, and ER procedures.
    • Monitor trends in employee concerns to identify potential policy gaps or areas for improvement.
    • Review, update, and communicate HR and company policies; ensure they reflect current legal requirements, organizational standards, and best practices.
    • Track acknowledgement of new or updated policies and follow up with employees or managers to ensure compliance.
  • Administration & Reporting
    • Prepare quarterly ER metrics and reports.
    • Update templates, forms, and guides to keep ER materials current.
  • Programs & Engagement
    • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and ER‑related training sessions.
    • Coordinate company events.
  • Reception Desk Coverage
    • Front‑desk support during team member absences, including handling mail, Fed Ex shipments, phone calls, and related tasks.
Compensation Range

$52,000 – $56,000 per year (Subject to compensation study upon candidate selection).
