We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the human resources department operates smoothly and efficiently, providing maximum value to the company and all employees. Your responsibilities will include hiring employees, onboarding new employees, administering employee benefits, and ensuring employee credentials are up-to-date. The ideal candidate is an excellent problem-solver with strong verbal and written communication skills and a committed team player.

• Recruitment and hiring
• Onboard new employees
• Ensuring employee credentials are up-to-date
• Educate employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation
• Assess employee performance
• Collect human resources data and provide summaries and reports to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Previous experience in Human Resources
• In-depth knowledge of human resources policies and labor laws
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
