HR Manager (Irvine - On Site)- Must have excellent communication skills and be hands on at all levels
- Experience with ADP is a huge plus
- Must have experience installing policies/procedures and helping to define structure
- Must have experience in all areas of daily HR Management, and be able to identify, and help problem solve, any issues that arise
- Must have prior experience with handling workers comp issues and hourly wage employees
- Salary is likely $110k - $130K base + benefits, PTO
