Overview:
As a Senior Human Resources Manager for the site, you will act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, driving business performance by designing and executing HR strategies that directly support organizational growth and transformation. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will champion a high‑performance culture, optimize talent management and planning, and deliver expert guidance on HR practices that align with business objectives.
You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s direction through proactive organizational development, workforce planning, and strategic change management, while ensuring compliance and fostering employee engagement in a dynamic and evolving workforce environment.
This senior HR leadership role requires thought leadership and effective partnership with both site leadership and the broader global HR organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with site and global leadership to develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support business growth and long‑term organizational objectives
- Lead business partnering efforts through strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and change management, with a strong focus on talent alignment and capability building
- Proactively identify, analyze, and close organizational competency gaps, providing actionable insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to implement leading talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and high‑potential talent programs
- Serve as an expert advisor to resolve complex employee relations issues, guide investigations, and ensure rigorous compliance with local, federal, and global labor laws and regulations
- Shape and manage the employee lifecycle, driving engagement, retention, and experience through innovative programs and solutions
- Lead post‑merger integration efforts, overseeing cultural alignment, team cohesion, and change navigation to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes
- Serve as a thought leader on HR best practices and strategic business partnering, providing mentorship and guidance to the broader HR and business teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager, including at least 3 years in strategic HR roles supporting executive business leaders—preferably in fast‑paced, start‑up or scaling environments within the healthcare sector, with exposure to sales‑driven organizations
- Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and strategic HR management
- Demonstrated track record of driving employee engagement, building high‑performance cultures, and implementing innovative employee relations frameworks
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills; adept at building relationships and influencing across diverse teams and cultures
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, solution‑oriented, and analytical mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving strategic problem‑solving
- Deep understanding of local, federal, and global labor laws; proven experience in legal compliance, risk identification, and mitigation strategies within HR practices
- Experience managing post‑M&A integration, organizational transformation, or other large‑scale change initiatives
- Annual base salary: $100,000 – $150,000
