RealREPP is a nationally recognized, full-service recruiting firm and is currently teaming with a dynamic and growing Property Management company to assist them in hiring for a newly created role, Human Resources Generalist.

• Strong base salary $85,000 - $100,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance
• Communicate clearly with employees and management
• Organize HR data and handle multiple tasks
• Use HR systems, payroll, and tracking tools
