Overview

A fast-growing e-commerce company is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to design and lead innovative hiring strategies that will fuel our next stage of growth. This individual will be the key architect of our recruiting function, responsible for building efficient processes, enhancing our employer presence, and delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager — Onsite in Irvine, CA

What You’ll Do
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, from workforce planning through onboarding, aligned with company goals and culture
  • Lead and inspire a small team of recruiters, ensuring consistent delivery against ambitious hiring targets
  • Partner closely with leadership and department heads to anticipate talent needs and craft compelling job profiles
  • Implement data-driven insights to monitor performance metrics such as speed-to-hire, pipeline quality, and diversity impact
  • Refine and elevate the candidate journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects professionalism and brand values
  • Introduce new tools, platforms, and creative sourcing methods to expand reach in a competitive market
  • Cultivate external partnerships with universities, professional associations, and networks to strengthen talent pipelines
  • Stay current on hiring trends in e-commerce and adjacent industries, adapting approaches to maintain a competitive edge
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven record of hiring across a wide range of functions, including senior leadership roles
  • Strong people-management skills and the ability to coach, mentor, and elevate a team
  • Experience designing scalable recruitment strategies in fast-growth or consumer-focused businesses
  • Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with comfort presenting data to executives and shaping strategy around insights
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
