Job Title: Public Sector Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Onsite)

Experience: 1-3 years

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from office (Mon-Fri) - Night Shift

Requirements

Recruitment Strategy

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies to attract high-quality candidates for public sector roles.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and craft precise job descriptions.

Candidate Sourcing

  • Industry-Specific Knowledge: Leverage a strong understanding of sector-specific requirements across technology, banking and financial services, government, utilities, commercial, and health and communities, public goods, and governmental services such as the military, law enforcement, infrastructure, public transit, public education, Department of Homeland Security, Coast Guard, Forest Service, Orange County, Correction & Rehabilitation Dept., Immigration Welfare Centre, Services, along with health care and those working for the government itself, such as elected officials.
  • Sourcing Methods: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions to find suitable candidates.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain connections with potential candidates and professional organizations.
  • Recruitment

    Experience:

    Demonstrate proven experience in recruiting, with a preference for backgrounds in public sector or government-related roles.

Application Management

  • End-to-End Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting and resume screening to conducting initial interviews and coordination.
  • Candidate Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Compliance and Reporting

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices align with relevant public sector regulations and policies.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports as needed.

Candidate Experience

  • Positive

    Experience:

    Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Understanding of Public Sector Needs: Deep knowledge of the unique hiring requirements and regulations for public sector roles.
