Housekeeping Supervisor – Hyatt House, Irvine, CA
Salary: $24/hr
Hyatt House is an extended‑stay, residential‑style hotel that provides guests with the comfort of a modern condominium. 125‑200 all‑suite rooms offer fully equipped kitchens, flat‑panel HDTVs and free high‑speed internet. Public areas feature a pool, fitness center and business center, plus a complimentary full breakfast daily and weekday evening social events.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest suites for cleanliness and guest‑service standards.
- Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality turnaround.
- Counsel housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching.
- Resolve guest complaints and collaborate with other departments to maintain high satisfaction.
- Manage general office duties related to the housekeeping department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience, preferably in housekeeping.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
