Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, organize, maintain, coordinate and manage the department's safety program, suggestion program, training compliance, and documentation support. Support Manufacturing Supervisors by purchasing and organizing business unit supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations and writing the initial report for non-conformances and product complaint responses. Electronic batch record audit and POV response. May coordinate and present training to personnel as needed.
Responsibilities:Essential Duties
- Under the direction of the Area Supervisor, organize, maintain, coordinate and manage the department s safety program, suggestion program, training compliance and documentation support.
- Support Manufacturing Supervisors by purchasing and organizing business unit supplies, printing and posting production reports, conducting investigations and writing the initial report for non-conformances and product complaint responses.
- Electronic batch record audit and POV response.
- May coordinate and present training to personnel as needed.
- Ability to work non-stand schedule as needed.
Knowledge & Skills
- Assignments are routine and repetitious in nature. Work performed within narrowly defined parameters. Follows established procedures and guidelines.
- Works under general supervision. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning & checking the work of other peers.
- May require some limited judgement in resolving problems.
- Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor, peers and subordinates.
Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc
Required:
- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required;
Associate's or technical degree preferred - 2–4 years related experience required
