• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the division.
• Oversee home physician engagement and maintain hospital partnerships.
• Partner with in‑center clinical teams to deliver quality modality education.
• Ensure development and implementation of policies to support patient self‑management.
• Report financial and operational status to divisional leadership.
• Achieve productivity ratios and budget targets; monitor staffing and patient loads.
• Travel up to 50‑70% depending on local division.

• 8 years of multi‑site management experience in healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree;
  Master’s preferred.
• High business acumen and data‑driven analysis skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commitment to patient‑centered care.
