Your Role on the Team

The Project Analyst applies professional concepts to coordinate projects of moderate scope and complexity to address a variety of policy, research and procedural issues. Fully coordinates and analyzes issues and problems, gathers data and information, finds and evaluates alternatives, and provides project support for Campus Assault Resources and Education (CARE) programs, trainings, campus‑wide committees, and grant development and deliverables. The position may be eligible for hybrid work depending on operational needs.

It Takes to be Successful Required
  • Working knowledge of common computer application programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and web content management.
  • Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
  • Demonstrates ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
  • Demonstrates ability to analyze, research and synthesize large amounts of data with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in ability to multi‑task with demanding time frames and frequent interruptions.
  • General knowledge of sexual assault and accepted practices in violence prevention.
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • 1‑3 years experience in an educational or social service setting.
Preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with grants.
Special Conditions
  • 75% time position.
  • Occasional nights/weekends.
