The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Yield Optimization team.

As a Manager, you will lead the development of strategic recommendations across the Revenue Operations group key focus areas, e.g. revenue strategy, process improvements, and operations innovations. You will interface with Revenue Operations, Finance, and field operations to ensure revenue-maximizing processes and strategies are developed and executed.

- Full life cycle of process development: define gaps between current state and optimal state, determine needs to overcome gap, and execute to achieve optimal state
- Sift through many competing priorities to focus efforts on where truly differential value exists
